Stopping By Water On A Sunny Morning
"Whose creek this is I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch the water flow so slow."

ReplyDeleteIn way of other news, did you get the message I tried leaving on your phone today???
I ALREADY *told* you...oh, wait, I forgot to add that part.
ReplyDeletebut ANYWAY, I saw some mountains on a puzzle this evening. I may or may not be in withdrawal. so look fondly at some for me tomorrow morning. and feel free to add audio effects.
{The baby grand has my approval. Though how we'll ever get it through the front door is BEYOND my scope of imagination at the moment. }
DeleteThe mountains, whence I lift my eyes when I need help. Or not. But they ARE very present. :) We definitely aren't lacking in the area of hilly terrain....
You should come visit me (pretend that I am the one in the faraway exotic place and it might sound better) because I just discovered the most delightful, (tiny, tan and green) (Methodist) church you.could.ever.wish.to.see, tucked down in a valley in the mountains behind our house. I discovered it because I was Exploring on my way home from work. *ahem* (a.k.a., Slightly Lost, but Lovin' It)
It looks like something out of 'Christy', and reminds me of that song about "no spot is so dear to my childhood, as the little brown church in the vale".
